1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and educational materials, all purchases are considered final once access to the course content has been granted.

2. Online Courses (Pre-Recorded Programs)
Refunds are not available once:
- The user has accessed the course materials
- Video lessons have been viewed
- Downloadable content has been accessed
A refund may be considered only if:
- A verified technical issue prevented access to the course
- The issue was reported within 48 hours of purchase
- Our technical team confirms the access failure

3. Live Online Workshops
For live virtual sessions:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the event → 70% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event → No refund
- Failure to attend (No-Show) → No refund
If Dentora Academy cancels or reschedules the session:
- Participants may choose a full refund
- Or transfer enrollment to the next available date
4. In-Person Workshops & Events
For offline practical training:
- Cancellation 14+ days before the event → 80% refund
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the event → 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event → No refund
If the academy cancels the event:
Participants are entitled to a full refund or credit transfer.
5. Payment Errors
If you were charged incorrectly or duplicated:
- You must notify us within 48 hours
- Verified payment errors will be refunded within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Failure to meet certification requirements
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Missed live sessions without prior cancellation
7. Course Transfers
Enrollment may be transferred to another participant only if:
